Have you ever walked into your home and felt like it sucked the energy right out of you? Maybe it’s unorganized, the spaces are dysfunctional, or maybe the outdated design makes you cringe.
We’ve been there. With a Design Kit, you don’t need to hire a professional interior designer to create a home that feels as fresh, stylish and put-together as you.
Each kit includes:
Live Q&A on Zoom with Founder Shawna Percival, held within 90 days of purchasing
Fully clickable Shopping list with Materials, Fixtures, Finishes, & Accessories, presented in our Online Studio
Renovation Guidebook, for tips on project management, layout & more
Renovation Spec Book to record your selections from the Design Kit and give to your GC
Sourced Design Kits are based on a very common American bathroom footprint. While no two bathrooms are ever the same, your General Contractor is the perfect person to lean on for final dimension confirmation. For example, the vanities specified are always available in multiple widths.
We also encourage you to select a Design Kit that resonates with your style, whether it’s already in your home or is one you dream of! Our Sourced Design Kits are designed to be timeless and classic and at their core, which means they can be accessorized in a number of ways to suit your personal style.
This is a great chance for you to exercise your creative freedom! If you simply MUST have that amazing vintage lighting fixture or heirloom mirror, use our specified item as a guide. Make your selection in a similar finish, use the same dimensions for confidence, and go for it! Then show us your photos! #mysourcedkit
We’d love to chat during our live Zoom Q&A! This meeting is held once per quarter by Sourced Founder and Interior Designer, Shawna Percival. We’ll always ask for your questions before the meeting to be sure we address anything you’d like to cover!
Since you have access to your Sourced Design Kit upon purchase, all sales are final. But you can always come back for more and keep the renovating bug alive! (& psst...keep checking back! We have big plans for Design Kits for additional spaces in the future! *cough* maybe kitchens!)
We try to always specify products in high quality, readily available materials at a mid-market price point. Sometimes we’ll offer a splurge option, but at baseline, every kit is roughly in the mid-range of pricing for materials, fixtures, and finishes. Look for our splurge and save options throughout — some might surprise (and delight) you!
Sourced was founded by Interior Designer Shawna Percival. After a decade of renovating her own homes (yes, multiple!) and the homes of clients with her full-service design firm, Styleberry Creative Interiors, Shawna had her lightbulb moment. She knew there needed to be an easier way for everyday list-makers and action-takers to renovate their homes — without having to pay for expensive professional design.
Sourced was born! With the help of her design team, Shawna plays a hands-on role in creating the Design Kits each quarter of the year. Each speaks to our sophisticated, timeless and fresh aesthetic, and we exercise our time-honed skill for sourcing quality materials you can trust.
We recommend purchasing a Sourced Design Kit when you are ready to make purchases for your renovation. We can never guarantee that materials will be in stock for good, but we try to specify items with existing stock and reliable re-stocking. The specifications in each kit are guaranteed for 30 days after you purchase your kit. Should an item go out of stock, don’t stress; we will source an alternative during this 30 day period!
After many years of guiding the construction process in renovation projects, we’ve seen firsthand the value of a knowledgeable, licensed General Contractor and reputable trades. Sourced Design Kits are designed to provide you with everything a General Contractor won’t.
We highly recommend bringing in the professionals to do the job well, but if DIY is your jam, Sourced Design Kits will provide you with essential specifications you need and a shopping list you can trust to result in a great design!
